Women Entrepreneurs Rock 9: A Time to Elevate

2023 is a time to elevate, ladies – to elevate ourselves, to elevate our business, and most importantly to elevate each other.

2023 marks the ninth time the Small Business Development Center at Brookdale Community College will host this signature event.

WER#9 will be a three-day symposium of information, inspiration, and critical connections for current or aspiring women business owners. Similar to past WER events, the symposium will start at the White Chapel Project in Long Branch on October 16 from 6-10 PM with a dialog about timely topics for women in business. Four distinct webinars will be available the following day to broaden the attendee’s business skills. The closing event, October 18 from 6-9 PM at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ, will shine a light on the process and challenges for women entrepreneurs to secure financing in the form of an iconic fireside chat with two of New Jersey’s most iconic female business women – Brenda Hopper and Carol Stillwell.
