Next Wednesday, December 15th marks the anniversary of administering the first COVID-19 vaccinations in New Jersey. Governor Murphy and NJ Department of Health Commissioner Persichilli are calling on all vaccination partners to join together and commemorate this day as Boost NJ Day. Clinics are encouraged to have walk-in availability and extended hours to help make booster doses as available and accessible as possible. A special list of Boost NJ Day clinics with walk-in availability will be posted next week on covid19.nj.gov.
Make a plan today to get your booster shot on Boost NJ Day! Find an appointment now at covid19.nj.gov/finder or stay tuned for more information on walk-in clinics.
Everyone 16 and older should get a booster shot if it has been at least two months since their one-dose Johnson & Johnson shot or at least six months after completing their two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series.
